Proposed Development

The new Outdoor Activity Centre, located on Carie Farm, will include accommodation cabins, indoor and outdoor activity spaces, a chapel and gathering space, the sensitive restoration of existing ruined buildings, improved access and facilities supporting outdoor learning and water-based activities on Loch Tay.

 

The proposed development site has been carefully selected and designed to respect the surrounding landscape, natural environment and local heritage. A design team has been established based on their experience of similar locations with assessment of the ecology, biodiversity, landscape and historic elements being undertaken.

 

A full planning application is expected to be submitted in early 2027.
